Error Code 7272 Reckon Accounts has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I have just started getting Error Code 7272 Reckon Accounts has encountered a problem and needs to close.
It only seems to appear when I try to create an invoice, or select Invoice/Estimate list in the Business Lists tab.
All other features seem to be working fine.
I have tried to log a support ticket, but cannot find the form and the support page just keeps going round in circles.
Can anyone provide guidance on this issue please?

Hi @DazzW,
- when were you last able to enter an invoice without experiencing a crash
- when did you last make a backup of the data file
- perform a Rebuild Data, Verify Data operation
- if the rebuild or the verify does not crash, check whether the invoice is accessible without crashing
- if it crashes, the file would need to be investigated for repair OR restore the last good backup

Hi Lucas,
the file was working fine yesterday. Normal shutdown with no issues.
problem started today.
I have tried verify data operation and no issues were flagged.
my version is Accounts Home & Business 2022, which doesnt seem to have Rebuild Data option, although thehelp files suggest a "super validation" process by holding CTRL+SHIFT
