Remaining Credit amount is more than Credit Note Amount.docx

Hi,

We raised a credit amount for $680.12. However, the Remaining Credit amount available for that credit note is $779.18.

I checked the journal, it is matching though.

How do I fix this?

Well that certainly seems strange 🤔

Are you Verifying your company file regularly ? (This is important as data can become defragmented/ corrupted in the background, which can cause random glitches like this)

To do this, click on the File dropdown menu > Utilities > Verify Data

If prompted, Rebuild the file (3 x rebuilds can actually fix a LOT of issues!)
