Reckon Personal Plus File issues

I tried the instructions recommended by Reckon, but unfortunately the same problem exists, and I have to Validate the file again to only remove some of the damaged files. Any new thoughts on how to 'fix' or overcome the problem?

Have you tried running a Super Validate on the file?
