did you change your setup of salary sacrifice during this period? If you did go back to those incorrect pays and edit them - change something, save it, then go back and change it back.

    Hi @Marilyn Strauss

The new reporting requirements introduced under STP Phase 2 weren't part of the old Payment Summary (or EMPDUPE) lodgement process, therefore, if you view the Payment Summary for a financial year that contains one or more STP Phase 2 lodgements, you will find the amounts don't match.

When STP1 first rolled out back in 2018 and more recently the expansion into Phase 2 as well, payment summaries became outdated and replaced by Income Statements in an individual's MyGov account. Income statements can be printed directly from the respective MyGov account by the employee if a paper copy is required.

the payment summaries are no longer able to be used because of the way STP is setup. Once you lodge you EOFY STP the employees will be able to get their Income statements from their MyGov login

    Hi Kris,

The two employee's have self managed super funds and it seems that their super has been added to their gross wages but it still shows additional in their super.

Can I please jump onto this question as I have a similar problem regarding salary sacrifice, which I can use the INB to check if the amount is correct. For 2 employees, their salary sacrifice figure is incorrect on the INB, but correct on their final payslip. One employee sacrificed $4800 but it only shows $4350 on the INB. The final payslip shows a total of $4800, that is 3 lots of salary sacrifice. I ran a super report by employee, and on 3 occasions the $150 is under the Contribution total column, but doesn't carry across to the RESC column. Checking the payslips for these occasions it clearly shows the $150 as salary sacrifice, as in all the other payslips. I am stumped.

    Thank you.

I have a similar problem. Did you get a response from anyone?

margovholt1972, if your question is in response to my query, I ended up deleting the salary sacrifice on those three pays, and then re-instating the salary sacrifice, and it worked. All my figures then agreed. Good luck.
