Why is the amount in RESC on payment summary 0

We have salary sacrifice superannuation payments set up correctly choosing the tack tracking as salary sacrifice super (S) etc but the payment summary has a zero on it.

How do I fix this before lodging the finalization pay run to the ATO for the year.
