Hi, I have just walked through the steps for a client to add me as a user with GovConnect, but when I log in on my end, I have nothing shared with me?
I will add, that I have tried to add in the past, so I have Gov Connect on my log in, but nothing shared

Were you added as a user to their Reckon Portal account OR was the STP entity from GovConnect shared from their account to yours? They're two different things so just want to check that.
Ideally, the STP entity should be shared from their account to yours by following the steps outlined HERE.
Hi @Rav - it's fine now, we logged out of both accounts and logged back in and the connection has worked
