I have completed a termination payrun for 1 x employee. I am trying to press "mark as paid" so I can lodge STP but the error message:

"The number credit is outside the valid range of 0 to 922337203685477.5807."

    Hi @LWard

I know this is going to sound silly but I'll ask anyway, does the termination pay you've created include a value for any pay item(s) that is outside of the range specified in the error message?

    Hi Rav

The only negative is the PAYG as per the snip below

How has that negative tax amount come about? Did you opt to override the automatic tax calculation and enter a custom tax amount?

Is that negative balance accurate? ie. should it be that amount in the termination pay?

I'd say that is likely the cause of the problem since that negative value falls outside of the range specified in the error.

Try hard refreshing the page in the first instance by using Ctrl and F5 if you're using Google Chrome or Firefox etc on a Windows PC.

    Hi Rav

The Cntrl f5 did not fix the problem and

The negative for the PAYG is meant to be like that…it is an amount that is taken away from the gross pay so it needs to appear as a negative. Here is one that went thru no worries on the same day with a negative amount for the PAYG

    Hi Rav

I have even tried to log on via another computer and it wont load up. I think you need to remote log in and have a good look at what is going on please

    Hi @LWard

Sorry to hear you had trouble with access, we were experiencing some issues but we've put some fixes in place for stability so access should be back to normal.

In regard to the error message, yes I agree I think we'll need to take a closer look at your book to see what's going on there. Please give our technical support team a call on 1300 756 663 so we can have a technician investigate.

    Cheers
