i am trying to install reckon 2022 but it is asking me to unitstall reckon 2022, how do i uninstall reckon 2021

Dear @Gail ,

You should be able to use Windows' built-in uninstallation tool to uninstall Reckon 2021.

To do so, you can do the following:

1. Open your Windows Start Menu (You can do so by pressing the Windows Key on your keyboard).
2. On your keyboard, type in Control Panel.
3. Open the Control Panel System app.
4. Look for Programs or Programs and Features.
5. Select Uninstall a program.
6. In the list of programs, find Reckon Accounts 2021.
7. Select the program by left-clicking.
8. Right-click the selected program, then select Uninstall/Change.

You will be taken through the uninstallation wizard.
