Why can't I see other widgets when I access my client's ReckonOne File?

I've asked my client to provide me with 'user' role so that I am able to see the subscribed book on my Reckon portal. I can see the Reckon One subscribed file on my portal > I clicked 'open' , but I cannot see anything on the dashboard (i.e banking, reporting etc ..)

Could anyone assist with resolving this issue? Is it to do with my access level, or some settings within the book ?

    Hi there @crystalreckon

    In conjunction with the user role that you've been given for the Reckon Portal, what is the level of permission you've been given to the specific book? Confusingly, these are also called roles but are specifically for the permission levels on the individual Reckon One book rather than the Portal account.

    Have you been given one of the default permissions below to the book or has the admin created a custom role with specific/tailored permissions?

    The admin will be able to see this by going to Settings ➡️ Roles within the book. If its a custom role, can you please shoot through a screenshot of all the permissions you have within that custom role.
