Why does it keep asking me for MFA authentication code every-time I log in within a 24 hour period? I am on the same laptop and have just tested it several times and it continually asks me for another authentication code and this has been within 10 minutes

    Hi @suemax1964

    Are you logging into the same Reckon Accounts Hosted login on each of those attempts and if so, is it on the same browser as well?

    Just to clarify, does this occur when you're logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted itself OR when you're trying to access GovConnect?

    Whats the difference between getting access to hosted and getting access to govconnect ? How is it supposed to work?
