Hi An employee has received their pay slip to their company email address and not their personal email. I have checked their file and the only email on their profile is their personal email. When the pay slip is selected to be sent it reads their personal email address but when I check the sent pay slips the email is the work email address. This is the first time this has happened, and they have been with the company for years, no changes have been made to their profile.

Just to be confirm, the employee did not get their pay slips by email.
I advise performing the Verify-Rebuild-Verify process to see if that resolves the problems.If the issue persists, please contact support so we can check your data file further.

Could you please clarify where you are checking for the email address?
- change the email address to something different than the company email address and different to the personal email address (but to an address that this user is able to check)
- Then send a test invoice via email to the newly set email address and confirm it is received.
- If received, then edit the employees email address again and set it to the correct personal email address.
- Then send a test invoice via email to the newly set email address and confirm it is received.
- Then send when the next do a pay run, confirm if the payslip is correctly sent to the personal email address
