Issue with lodging EOFY STP

The following error messages appear when we trying to lodge EOFY STP.

The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "52 943 674 910", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt:AustralianBusinessNumberId) Hint: The Pattern constraint failed.

The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevntemp:AddressDetailsCountryC) Hint: The Enumeration constraint failed.

For the first error message, Can you please ensure there is no space or special character in the ABN?

For the second error message, Can you please ensure there is no space or special character in company details in Reckon one payroll Settings?

There are no special characters in company details. Do we need to remove all spaces too, even the ones those separates the company name and addresses?

Do you have space in between ABN number? if so, please remove the space.

In the company details page, the following message is shown:

View and update your company details here. Please note that you can’t change your ABN once registered. You also can’t change your GST branch once you have submitted your first payrun.

Hence we can not remove the spaces in between ABN numbers. Please advice what do to next. Thanks.
