MFA not sending SMS
It isn't happening, no matter how many times I try. I can receive SMS and the number remains unchanged. Not helpful at all.

Reckon APs also reporting the same in the AP FB group so looks like a current issue. Can you please look into it @Rav ? ๐๐ป

I recently opened a file Iโve been using for years, Iโm the only one to use it and MFA has been setup from the beginning, but last week it told me I needed to setup MFA, which of course I did and all good. Just thought I should mention it @Rav

@MCA Unfortunately, MFA is a compulsory ATO requirement (hence why Reckon had to implement it as mandatory) ๐ฉ

This is a major problem and requires a working redundancy alternative going forward. Unacceptable.

I agree - With all the other file access security measures Reckon have in place, their security is pretty tight (Eg unlike some of the other softwares, Reckonโs products have NEVER been successfully hacked ๐) so itโs a real pain โฆ but thatโs govt for you ๐ฉ
