Do not get the link to upgrade to Accounts Plus 2024 in the Members area
Finally got round to subscribing for another year, but when I log into the members area I only have the option to select the 2023 version. I can download the 2024 version from the reckon site, but because I don't have the installation code I can't install it.
On the my products section of my details it just has two listings for Reckon Accounts Plus 2023 Annual Licence with expiry May2025.
Is there some way to 'force' it to recognize the upgrade to 2024

I am currently using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022 and it is news to me that there is a later version. Just like @Dratculash stated above, I do not see a later version on the Members site. What am I missing here?

The previous comment was for the Business Range PLUS not our personal range, the current version is still 2022
