I am in the middle of emailing out end of month invoices and statements and program has frozen. How do I move past this?

In the first instance I'd recommend checking if there is a prompt/window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressingĀ Alt and Page Down orĀ Alt and Page UpĀ buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
