An unexpected error occurred when accessing control panel :(

When I go into the control panel and click on LOG OFF REMOTE SESSIONS usually it would open a page showing me which sessions are logged on and I could log off each one, now it goes straight to a page saying An unexpected error occurred :(

Ive tried on different computers with different browsers and still same thing.

Which brings me to a side issue, why does it keep sessions logged in after the window is closed, most frustrating is when it times out and kicks a user out but they are still logged into a session when they try to log on again.

    Hi @Deebo

Thanks for flagging this, has this just started occurring for you in the last few minutes?

Can you let me know which one of your user's you'd like to logoff and I'll see if I can get it actioned on our end ie. -2, -3, -4 etc

Closing the browser window does not disconnect your session from the server. To end the session when you're finished working in your file, click on File ➡️ Exit and this will close down your file and properly finish your session.

You guys logging off my user doesnt help me we need to be able to do it because we cant contact you every time to do it.

In regards to ending the session, your system times out and kicks them out but for some reason leaves them logged into the file, thats a flaw that need to be fixed. Yes I know File—Exit closes down properly but people don't always close down properly and even if they did they still have the issue when your system times them out.

I understand that Deebo, the reason I asked is I assumed you currently need to log off a user session since you mentioned you navigated into the Logoff Remote Session screen but if not then disregard.

If you do, then let me know the user and I'll see if I can get that actioned for you in the interim while you're unable to access the relevant control panel screen currently.

I've flagged this with our product team who are currently investigating.

Just a quick update to let you know this should now be resolved.

You may need to logout and log back in first but can you please check when you have a chance and confirm if you're able to access the control panel successfully now.

Would be keen to hear how you get on.
