I get this message when I try to load Reckon accounts. Any ideas on what I do?

Hi @PeteRich,

I recommend attempting to reinstall the software completely for this error as the software may not have installed correctly. Please also ensure to have any antivirus disabled during the installation as this may prevent downloading core files.

Have you made any recent changes to the software at all? I highly recommend installing the 2024 version of the software as we just released this instead of the 2023 version to save you the trouble.
