I have accidentally deleted the code for Reckon in my Google MFA app. How am I supposed to get it back?

Thanks

    Hi @Megan_Chud

If you've removed the MFA code entry from your app then you'll need to revoke the existing MFA from your Reckon Accounts Hosted account. Once that is done, you'll then be prompted to setup MFA again.

Since you no longer have access to the MFA codes from your app, you can revoke the MFA from your Hosted account using the Recovery PIN. Check out step by step instructions here 👇

    Hi @Megan_Chud

    Sorry to hear that.

If you have Recovery Pin, that can be used to revoke MFA and then you will have an option to reset-up again using Mobile Number or Authenticator App.

Please find the attached article for your reference - MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) in Reckon Accounts Hosted - Reckon Help and Support Centre

I hope this helps. Please feel free to let us know for any concerns/issues. Thank you!
