Is it possible to have SOH appear on an Estimate?

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

We find we do an estimate and then later once accepted we might not have enough stock, but if it came up at time of doing estimate this would stop issues.

    I think it's generally assumed that you wouldn't necessarily purchase stock at the quoting stage as there's no guarantee at that point that the quote will be accepted.

    You can definitely set the warning option for orders though (& obviously invoicing) in your Company Preferences (accessed from the Edit dropdown menu > Preferences) :

    You can also set a Reorder Point quantity on your Inventory Items:

    & have the Reminder display when you open your company file:

    Thank you will give it all a try. We have a huge inventory list so that is why it would be useful as the items come in and out of stock.
