Statements - memo showing

In Reckon Accounts Premier, we seem to have lost the memo on our statements since the 2024 upgrade. As our practice uses patient names, this is necessary. How do I include the memo after the invoice number on statements please?

Has looked like this in the past:

Now, only the inv # is showing.
