Hi all at the moment im Running 2004 -2015 Cahbook on my Computer but I have had to upgrade to a New Lap top with Windows 11 and have downloaded Reckon Accounts Home & Business what im trying to do is Transfer Data from my Old Computer to the New Laptop Via my USB Backup but its not Transfering the old Fils are QDATA etc but I think the New Reckon is in some other form any Help would be appreciated as I really am use to using the existing Cashbook & would like to keep using it ???

    Dear @Brandygirl_1 ,

    In this instance, I would recommend copying the QDATA files directly to the USB, then moving them from the USB to the default file location for Reckon H&B (this being in Documents\Quicken).

    Files opened from USB in RA H&B can sometimes fail, so it's best to store them in the default location.

    Hi Alex ,

    Were do i find Documents \Quicken (old Computer or ???
