trouble with Timesheets?

The last 2 days I've been having trouble with timesheets. First I wasn't able to create new entries without an 'unexpected error' then today I can't see any previous timesheet entries even though they appear when I want to create an invoice. I need to edit some previous entries. Sent a support ticket yesterday, no response from Reckon

    Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your timesheets at the moment.

    Just to clarify, do you mean when you go the Timesheets screen in Reckon One at the moment, nothing is appearing at all? ie. its a blank screen?


    Can you step me through the process you're going through and I'll try some testing on our end.

    Yes, that's right but it doesn't happen all the time. Just now I was able to see the list and edit one entry, but on returning to the timesheets tab the list is blank with the message "there are no entries that match your filter". The same message appears in the "all" and "billable" list but for some reason I can see entries in the "non-billable" list. I can't make any sense of what's going on and it's very frustrating because I am trying to create an invoice.

    Which browser are you using at the moment? Does the same behaviour occur if you try this on a different browser?

    Hi Rav, I have the same trouble about the timesheet. The timesheets we enter are disappearing intermittently. We often need to keep refresing the brower for the timesheets to reappear, but even then, we are unable edit. It show " There are no entried that match your filter"

    Using MS Edge normally, same behaviour on Firefox.

    I have already tried using different browsers, but the problem persists across all of them.

    This issue is causing significant disruptions to our workflow. Could you please investigate and provide a solution as soon as possible?

    Hi guys,

    I've been speaking with our dev team in relation to your reports. Also, thank you @Zhicheng for the access to your book, we've been able to observe the behaviour you've described in your book.

    The team are now investigating the cause along with testing so they can move toward working out a fix. I'll need to keep you posted on progress of this as I get more information from the team.

    I know this is less than ideal at the moment, and I do apologise. If you refresh the page a few times in succession it seems to load the timesheet items to access/edit but may need another refresh each time.

    I've advised the urgency around this for you both and I'll keep you updated on progress.

    This is in the works at the moment and currently being investigated. I'll keep you posted on any new developments as soon as I get more info from the team.

    In the meantime, if you refresh the page a few times in succession it seems to load the timesheet items to access/edit but may need another refresh each time. I know that's not a great experience at the moment and I do apologise for that.

    Hi folks

    My devs have been busy working on this in the background. Can I get you both to please test your timesheets and confirm whether its back to normal for you or if you're continuing to experience issues?

    If you're still having trouble as before, can I get you to please test on an incognito browser window and confirm if there is any difference.
