Dividend Yield

I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2022 and on Investing page I have cols for Shares, Estimated Income, and Dividend Yield.

For years Dividend Yield provided appropriate % but suddenly it has gone blank.

Whatever I do I cannot get it to show the %
