I'm trying to import a QIF file from ANZ into Reckon. When I convert the file to QBO it asks me which account to import to and the only option is a CBA account. We don't have any CBA accounts in the Reckon file.
If I choose the CBA account, when I then import the file to online banking centre it again asks me which account to import to and it shows me CBA details which aren't correct. I can't change the CBA info but choose the ANZ account from the drop down.
Once I do this, Reckon changes the details in the online banking tab in the ANZ account setup to mirror the CBA details which is incorrect. From there the ANZ account now only shows under the CBA tab at the top of the online banking centre. And the file is empty and contains no transactions.
This is also wrong because if I open the QIF file in Notepad I can see all the transactions.
What's going wrong here?
