Need a fix for Outlook 2019

Good evening everyone

Wasted an hour on the phone to Reckon today without a resolution

Reckon 2024 will not communicate with Outlook 2019

Heres the error I get when I try to connect to Outlook

As if it needed to be pointed out, the email address is correct. So is the password.

This error arises when I try to use the webmail option

This is my last roll of the dice

Im running out of options.

    Hey Kev

    Unfortunately, Microsoft have made changes to their authentication policy which has affected webmail access by 3rd party apps (such as Reckon Accounts) to connect with their Hotmail or Outlook.com email service. There's some info around this from Microsoft HERE.

    We're investigating our options around webmail with Reckon Accounts Desktop however I'd suggest switching over to the Outlook classic desktop email application instead which, from what I understand, is a free download from the Microsoft App Store. In Reckon Accounts, use the Outlook or Outlook V2 option in your Send Forms settings to use that Outlook app to send out emails with a Hotmail/Outlook.com email account.

    That OPTION IS NOT WORKING

    Very disappointing

    Tech support told me today I should be printing the invoices to a pdf an attaching them.

    This isnt an option either
