Share Company File

HI All

We are trying to share a company file with another user. each time we select the user and click next, we get the error message " unexpected error" it then removes all the users that had access to the share file.

Tthe users we are adding are under a difference licence number, I have done this several times before and not had an issue.

Is there a number of share files you can have on a licence?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with sharing files.

Just wanted to confirm that you are using Reckon Accounts Hosted and not Reckon Accounts Desktop?

Also if possible could you provide an image of the error. It would help me out loads.

Thanks for bringing this up, I just tried this on my personal file and am also getting the same error.

I will escalate this problem to the dev team and provide an update when i hear back from them.

I’d like to note that when I tried again, I was able to share without any problems. Could you check if attempting the share a second time makes any difference?
