Can QR codes be added to Reckon One invoice templates?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone can tell me if a QR code can be added to our Invoice Template?

We've had no luck when we have attempted to paste one into the "Payment Details" field of the invoice. Any ideas/thoughts most appreciated.

    Hi Tony,

    The PAYMENT DETAILS field can only have text added to it, not an image.

    In an invoice template, currently the only place that can accept an image is in the Logo.

    However, that location may not be ideal for a QR code next to your logo.

    A feature request has been added to the Reckon Product Ideas site.

    Hi @Tony Finn

    You can Manage Invoice Template by adding Custom Logo by selecting a File in settings. Check the screenshot for your reference -

    To add QR Code, you can save the code in a file and when selecting the file for Custom Logo, you can select the QR Code file which will act as Logo on the invoice. This will look as in the attached screenshot below -

    Other than that, unfortunately, there is no way to add QR Code to the templates. I hope this helps. Thank you!

    We're doing a bit of planning around enhancing invoice templates in Reckon One at the moment so I've flagged this with the team and hopefully its something we'll be able to introduce to Reckon One in the future.

    Thank you both for your detailed responses.

    We were hoping to have the QR code appear somewhere at the bottom of the invoice rather than up the top with our Logo. But at least that is an option we can consider.
