We're currently investigating reports of Reckon One experiencing slow speeds when logging in, navigating or completing tasks.
We've got our teams looking into this as we speak and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

I was processing receipts this morning, seemed to be a bit slow. Then dropped out with an error message too fast to see, along the lines of receipt already allocated to an invoice. I'm now getting a too much traffic on gateway error, can't log in. using Reckon One in Australia. I've put in a ticket but just seeing if anyone else is experiencing something similar?

We have also noticed that its running a little slow at the moment so we're looking into that.

Having big issues today, So slow and now and again it come up with 504 error

Hi Rav just moved on to entering Bills, and its just spinning around…. I think it might have dropped out again. Oh well, you know about it, so I'm sure you'll sort it out, I'll try again later in the day.

The team are working on addressing the slow performance as we speak and I'll update the thread with more info as soon as I've got it.
