Hi. I have had to buy an new computer (windows 11) and therefor upgrade my Quicken to home and business 2022. I now cannot open a quicken data file. it comes up with this error message
unable to load DLL:c:\program files (x86)\reckon accounts personal\convert03\qd3.dll
I have no idea about any of this stuff as i could load three other data files.

Morning @jaypee
The best way to restore any missing/corrupted file related to the installation of the software is to run a clean uninstall of the software before performing a clean install.
Please find the attached article for your reference - Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of Accounts Personal - Reckon Help and Support Centre
Also, check this post- Unable to load DLL C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon Accounts Personal\convert03\qd3.dll — Reckon Community
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns. Thank you!

I really like your comments above and the reference to procedures regarding clean uninstall and Reinstall of Reckon Personal. Rather than waste paper, and as a Reckon Community member, is there a way I can bookmark this procedure for easy future reference?
Love your work!🖐️
