Black Screen when login reckon Hosted


Hi, Came home from work and attempted to login to hosted and all I see is a black screen,
Have tried different browsers and incognito but no luck still get same result black screen,
Any one else facing issues…of course its after support hours..

Clear the cache. Also go to the control panel and end any active sessions.

Thanks for your reports on this and apologies for the hassle it's caused tonight.
We believe we've got the service stabilised, can you please try again when you have a chance and let me know if you're able to login successfully?

If you still encounter a black screen, you may need to log off any active sessions in the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel first before trying to launch a new Hosted session.

I had tried that, different browsers, different computers also,
Glad fixed tonight as i was worried about what to face tomorrow morning if still down.
