Reckon One - payroll - payrun not opening- error code 5

Hi Team,

Once again this week on Sunday I am having issues with logging in to my payroll on reckon one. I am able to login to my account but when I click to open my payroll book-pay run I am getting an error message - Aw, Snap something went wrong loading this page - Error code 5.

Need urgent help.

    Hi Syed

    I've just had a look and both Reckon One and payroll features seemed to open and work fine in my case on a few test books.

    Can you please hard refresh your page, in most browsers this is actioned using Ctrl & F5. Alternatively, try using an incognito browser window just as a test.

    Can the issue be due to my mac os being OSX10.11 using an older chrome version.

    Its hard for me to say as I can't test that particular OS.

    If you're running an out of date browser, then I'd suggest updating it just as a general recommendation.

    An easy way to eliminate the OS and/or device is testing on another device if you've got one on hand.

    Did logging in on an incognito window make any difference at all?
