Deleting GovConnect access

Hi team,

We are in the process of having our Reckon Desktop data converted to Reckon One (including Payroll).

The conversion team have emailed the following:

"During this process, we have encountered some errors with your GovConnect access. Specifically, as we begin to create employees, it logs us out from GovConnect. In order to resolve this issue, we kindly request you to delete the current GovConnect access on your side and re-share it with us. "

Can anyone suggest how I go about doing this?

    Thanks for flagging this. I think we might need to get a little more clarity from the migration team in relation to this one.

    Can I just confirm the specific ABN number in question that they're looking to delete from GovConnect?

    For transparency, if an STP entity (ABN) has had STP submissions sent under it in GovConnect, it cannot be deleted so I'd like to get some more info from the team in relation to the issue they're encountering and the best way forward.
