Hi, I'm trying to log into our file, Reckon Accounts Hosted and am getting this error message "Didn't get connection settings"
yes I had that yesterday, just close your browser and try again, that worked for me. Even try a different browser

If you close the tab, and log off any active sessions that are listed in the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel, then retry are you able to access your file successfully?

I am having the same problem right now! I have logged off browser, logged back in, nothing. I have cleared my browser history for all time and tried again, no good. I have tried an entirely different browser, no luck. Help please?

I am now having the same issue, have tried logging out and logging in again and also closing browsers, it is still giving the same message.
