Trying to speak to customer service

I rang this morning and asked to speak to someone in Sydney.

I was asked to call back in an hour.

I rang at 4:20pm today

Couldnt get through

Rang again ten minutes later and was told everyone from Sydney had left for the day.

Very fustating.

    The Sydney-based support team have been kept extremely busy today and have been in a number of meetings throughout the course of the day which may have impacted some of their availability during the day.

    Sorry to hear you weren't able to get through when you called. Is there something we're able to help you out with here?

    Oh well that's alright then.

    I had no idea that something had affected their availability.

    This was not made clear to me when I eventually got through to India.

    Ill be more mindful next time.
