Why is it asking me to register software ID?? And saying we are not STP2 compliant??

Received these error message when logging into Reckon One to complete payroll today.  What do i need to do?

Hi @Katrina_Evans,

Could you please confirm for me that you are in fact already on STP Phase 2 by navigating to the following page:

If you are not on STP Phase 2, please go through the ready checklist and select the options that relate to how your business operates. Once that is done, you will be able to submit STP the ATO again.
