Licence File Corrupted

Question

Error message “your licence file is corrupted. If you require assistance, please call Reckon Australia Customer Service 1800 732 566”.

I called the number provided and was advised to go to the website incom/. I could not find any fix to my problem. Could you please advise if you know of a fix for this error? I cannot access the programme.  I don’t understand how reckon simply say this is not their problem, They charge $205 for a licence fee and when the programme fails to work they wash their of the problem. What exactly does the $205 fee over because it obviously doesn’t include a working programme.

My licence was renewed on 24/12/2024.

Is it possible that getting a new installation key may fix the error?

Hi Bernard Atkinson,

Apologies if you were not able to fix the error. It could be that the software is outdated and may need to install the new version of Reckon Personal. Please visit and login to  Reckon Members Site to get the new version.
