I have now cleared the problem.

Note: The original post about "Reckon Elite" had been incorrectly posted to the "Personal Plus and Home & Business" category on the Reckon Community. It is a totally different software.
What used to be "Reckon Elite" tax software is now owned by "Access Group".
The Access Group acquires the Reckon Accountants Group | Reckon AU
Recommend that you contact the support team from Access Group.
