We’ve noticed a lot of posts about Personal Plus and/or Home & Business being created in the wrong Community categories so just wanted to add some info as a reminder and clear up any confusion.
To make sure your post reaches the right people faster — please use the dedicated Personal Range category when creating posts about Personal Plus and/or Home & Business.

✅ Ensure you get help from the right members and staff

Which category should I use for my post?
If you’re using Reckon Personal Plus or Reckon Home & Business, make sure to select the dedicated Personal Plus and Home & Business category when creating a post from the home page.
Alternatively, if you create your post from within the Personal Plus and Home & Business category it will be automatically selected for you 🎉
