Hi all, I have been using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31 for over 4 years. It works well for me. I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I downloaded new software and then couldn't restore my previous data file for some reason. To say I was pissed is an understatement. So I started a new cashflow file. All was working OK for a few weeks and today the software upon opening has asked me to specify where my data is. How frustrating. So I point to the data and my cashflow appears, but when I try to back it up, it either does not back up or it says it has done so successfully. When I reopen, I am back to a message telling to point to my data again. F%% me. I also have encountered Error Code 7015. What is the universe telling me? I backed up my data to different places to see if it's a location issue - all the same issues are still present when doing so.
Anyone have any clues? Failing that, do I need to upgrade to a different Reckon product that will solve these new issues I am having? Also is this a Windows 11 issue? It seems that way as when I was running Windows 10, I had a magical carpet ride experience of no issues.
