Pay Frequency and STP reporting

Hi
I have a weekly payrun and we are just about to commence a monthly payrun also. Will each payrun need to be reported seperately at EOFY and if so how do I do that? From what I can see I do not think so.
I am only asking as I also process weekly and monthly payruns in another software programme and they have to be run seperately for STP reporting.

No, the finalisation process picks up every pay for the whole financial year 😊
