    Gerry long time no talk. Hoping you are well.

    Post the Feb 2023 upgrade of my Personal Plus software when I had trouble with the activation process, now 2 years later and here I am again. Last year Feb 2024 the upgrade somehow worked, cannot remember how, but it did. Today, Saturday 8/2/2025, I went through the torturous process, which is ridiculously non-intuitive etc. etc. …. I finally work out how to download version V31, I then uninstall the old Personal Plus 2022 and then install the new version V31. Now it is asking for an installation key which I cannot locate in any email or letter it references, or for that matter is being forwarded to me ……. and therefore, I am stuck here in no-man's land. Cannot activate the program. Links to help just go to 1300 and 1800 numbers which are only manned Mon to Fri in office hours. Incidentally, I have paid my subscription. I do not know what to do …….. and quite frankly ….... I am really over this. I pay my fees, and I follow the instructions, and still this outcome.

    I know it is me, I am obviously doing something very wrong, but have no idea what it is.

    And to Reckon, there has to be a better/easier way.

    Go to your members site at members.reckon.com put in your customer id and pin, got to downloads, select V31 and there is your installation key.

    Gerry,

    I had done that on Saturday and Sunday. My members site was void of any selection or installation key pathway.

    It is now Monday, and I will ring Reckon at 9am to resolve.

    Gerry,

    In anticipation, I just went into my account in preparation of my call to Reckon at 9am for their assistance.

    Low and behold, my site has now this morning acknowledged the version V31 software and the path to the installation key, just as you explained above.

    Don't know why there was a delay. I have not yet rung Reckon, and will now not need to. The program is working.
