    Hi @Diane W,

    CC: @Nickiu, @Omar_ReckonLtd

The API for "Desktop" is the same as for "Enterprise", since Enterprise is desktop based. The API for "Hosted" is the same as "Enterprise", same as "Desktop". It uses the QBXML for the Australian/NZ products is up to QBXML V6.1 which is based off the Intuit Desktop SDK.

There are no further changes being made to the API SDK, unfortunately.

    Thank you.

    Hi @Diane W,

The 2024 edition of Reckon Accounts Premier is compatible with Windows 11. We also have an installation guide here with the full system requirements -

Thank you and speak to you soon.

Thanks Lucas. Rav also confirmed the both systems worked together.

I am assuming that Reckon Enterprise Desktop edition will also work with Windows 11?

    Hi @Diane W,

That's correct, you will have no issue using Reckon Enterprise on Windows 11 as well.

Thank you and speak to you soon.

    Thanks Rav.

Do you know if the API for Enterprise Desktop is updated, as the API for Reckon Accounts Desktop is no longer updated.

    Hi @Diane W,

I am reaching out to our development team to get more information around this for you as I can't be certain. As I know there is still development for Hosted but for Desktop, I will need to investigate further.

    Thank you.

    Thanks Lucas.

I would be very interested to know if it is still maintained, as Accounts desktop is not communicating well with Acctivate desktop.

    Thanks Lucas.

    That is unfortunate.
