LOST WORK
YESTERDAY I SPEND SEVERAL HOURS WORKING ON RECKON, I WAS CALLED AWAY AND DID NOT CLOSE OFF MY SESSION. THIS MORNING ALL THAT WORK HAS GONE. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE

I have never had this happen and I have been using Hosted since the beginning

Missing info can be the result of a different similarly named file or older identically named file having been opened.
Recommend that you consult with a Hosted Technical Support Team member to assist you in identifying:
- what are the names of the data file that have last been opened as indicated in the No Company Open screen of the Reckon Accounts application
- how many data files are present
- confirm how many QBW files are in your Hosted Q: drive (Q:\)
- confirm how many shared folders are in your Hosted Q: drive
- confirm what filenames are present in each one, along with their file sizes
- identify whether there are similarly named or identically named files in different folder locations
