Detailed Leave Accrual Report


Can you please provide a report from payroll that will show an individual employees leave accrued and leave taken for all leave types.

Would love to get a little bit more info on this. Are you looking for the existing Leave Balances and Accrual Value report to include additional detail?
Currently this report shows leave accrued at any specified date for all leave types and can be filtered by employee and/or leave type
It doesn't however show which dates leave was taken at this stage. Instead this is listed on the Payroll Detail Report.

Yes I am wanting more detail in this report so that if we need to check when individual staff are taking leave eg always on a Monday etc, or to verify that their leave is accruing correctly etc. MYOB Advanced has a really good version of this report :)

Reckon One has received an update which introduces the Leave Taken report which will give you clear visibility of leave recorded within a selected date range.

Date Range Selection: The leave taken report uses the pay run date to filter results which ensures accuracy.
Draft pay runs included: Leave from draft pay runs is included to provide a comprehensive overview.
Organised Grouping and Sorting:
- Data is grouped by employee
- Leave types are sorted alphabetically under each employee
Summarised Totals:
- Each employee section includes subtotals for hours taken, $ value and leave loading
- A grand total is displayed to summarise data across all employees
