We could update Prov to match Portal by making the fololowing in terms of the Payment Processing:
* Dispaying last 4 digits only
* Changing 'Process Payment' to 'Send Secure Payment'
* Dispaying last 4 digits only
* Changing 'Process Payment' to 'Send Secure Payment'
