Remove inactive items from Adjust Quantity on Hand window

Over time products change or are removed. It is time consuming to have to search through these old items when adjusting current stock quantities or pricing.

When I use the Adjust Quantiey/ Value on Hand window, there is no option to "hide" inactive items. These still show with "0" values and makes this list very very long.

I'm really happy to let you know the ability to hide inactive items in Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand window is now available in Reckon Accounts Hosted 2025 and Reckon Accounts Desktop v34 🙂

This will help you streamline the view of this window and reduce any clutter of any unnecessary/unrequired items.

ℹ️ UPDATE - This has has been rolled back

Hi folks, just adding an update on this feature request -

We released this updated feature to Reckon Accounts Hosted 2025 and Reckon Accounts Desktop v34 in June however unfortunately, there was an issue related to this change which caused the software to crash when an inventory adjustment transaction was opened.

This has now been rolled back in Reckon Accounts Hosted 2025 and a new release of Reckon Accounts Desktop v34 has been released.
