Switch Scroll Bar from invoice description to home panel

Switch scroll function to the home page to the invoice description. When invoicing and typing in the description of an item, if operating on a small laptop, there's only a line or two of the description, and when using a complex item with lots of lines, it would be better to be able to view more of this section and scroll away the client address box area and invoice number etc and show way more of the invoice description section being worked on. Should be a quick fix for the Developers.
Also, make the item description box much larger when creating an item. It's too small considering complex entries. If we're adding an item and click that section, expand the size to add least add 3 times the width and 2 times the length.
