Change payslip email template to show employee name on first line

Employees name needs to be on first line of the email so that I can see the employees name on the information line for this email, in microsoft outlooks inbox. See attached image showing last entry of old payslip style showing the employee's name on the Outlook entry, and the first email of the new style which shows my business name and not the employee name.
