Password question

I have rest the password for our auditors as its been 12 months since this has been used. They can log in bit when they launch the company it asks for a second password. How do I reset that one?

The Second Password, is this the password when you are logging-in to the company file? It would be helpful, if you can share some screenshot, please. Thank you!

How long have you been using Hosted?

It has always had two passwords

@ChereeWard The first password is to access Reckon's Hosted platform. The 2nd one is to your specific company file.

To update your company file password, click on Company then Change Your Password in the dropdown menu:

I imagine the OP knows this. You cant use Hosted without two passwords

Regardless, its still useful information both for the OP and the wider Community who may not be aware @Zappy.

Also, if you haven't setup a user or added a password to the default admin user, you can use Hosted without an file password. See below where my file launches without a file password.
