Problem Signing Into Reckon Gov Connect
Hi ,I'm trying to sign into to Reckon Gov Connect to upload STP payroll files. I haven't changed anuything that I've done in the past however today it says when I login that I have no GovConnect Subscriptions. Do I have to set it up again?

Are you 100% certain that you're signing in with the same account/login credentials as your usual account that you've previously used to send STP?

@P Piercey What's the ABN that you've registered and have sent STP submissions under?
I'll check it on our end so we can make sure you're signing in with the correct credentials.

I've just had a look and I can see the ABN is registered to a Reckon Portal account under the same email address as that listed on your Community account. Its a bit strange that you're encountering that message if you're logging in with the same email address.
Can I just confirm, are you entering in your email address and password in the fields highlighted below rather than using the
Sign in with Office 365option?Also, if you open an incognito browser window and then login, does it display the same message?

Hi, yes, I have just followed what I've always been doing with the saved passwords etc on my computer, so not sure what is going on on?

TBH I can't remember the password! Shall I reset it with the admin email and try that?

Yes please, reset the password to the account (use the admin email as that is what your ABN is registered under) and try again.
